The Andhra Pradesh state government has embarked on an exercise of preparing a plan to provide basic infrastructure facilities in 27 second grade municipalities in the state with financial assistance form the Netherlands. The department of municipal administration and urban development launched a survey for selection of municipalities covered under the plan.
