SC : The Supreme Court has approved several measures recommended by a high-level committee for containing vehicular pollution in the capital and warned all concerned to strictly adhere to all time limits set by the panel. The committee, headed by Mr Bhure Lal, in its action taken report had said that by April 2001 the public transport buses should be increased from the present strength of around 6,000 to 10,000.
