The Delhi High Court today directed the authorities to file affidavits detailing the action taken to implement its earlier order calling for removal of unauthorised structures on the Yamuna riverbed as well as on its embankments.A Division Bench comprising Chief Justice B. C. Patel and Justice B. D. Ahmed directed the Central and Delhi Governments, Municipal Corporation of Delhi and its Slum Department, Delhi Development Authority, Delhi Jal Board and Public Works Department to file their replies within two weeks.
