An agricultural fair begins in Rajshahi today. Ibrahim Khalil, deputy commissioner (DC) of Rajshahi, will inaugurate the three-day-long fair on the premises of the Agricultural Extension Office. Brojo Hari Das, deputy director of Rajshahi Divisional Agriculture Extension Department, will be present at the inaugural session. Agricultural equipments, tree saplings, fruit trees, seeds, fertilisers, pesticides, posters, leaflets, books and booklets on agriculture farming will be on display in 13 stalls. Agriculture-based films and documents will also be screened at the fair which will remain open from 10:00am to 4:00pm daily, sources said.
