As many as 48 agro-based paper manufacturing units in western Uttar Pradesh and more than 100 paper mills in Delhi, Haryana, Punjab and Himachal Pradesh, producing approximately 3,000 tonnes of kraft paper per day, have decided to stop production for once month from February 16 . The industry has decided to have regionwise relay strikes throughout the country. The call was given by the Indian Agro Paper Mills Association (IAPMA).
