As the vehicular pollution is contnuously increasing in the Kathmandu Valley, many organizations have started expressing their deep concern over it. On one hand lack of strict rules have increased the use of old, pollutant vehicles and on the other hand ineffective implementation of existing rules by the Nepal government has also hindered the process of pollution control, they say.
