Karnataka minister's statement flayed: Major irrigation minister Tummala Nageswara Rao on Thursday described the reported statement of his Karnataka counterpart KN Nage Gowda on the Almatti issue urging the Centre to stop Andhra Pradesh from executing certain projects on the river Krishna as immoral and irrelevant.
