With the completion of the Ambala Zirakpur four-laning project, the National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) is all set to formally inaugurate the project on December 10. Union Minister for Shipping, Roads, Transport and Highway T R Baalu will throw open the project for which a toll plaza has been set up at Dappar.
