The Government announced it would introduce a Constitutional (93rd) Amendment Bill in the winter session of Parliament. The Bill will make elementary education a fundamental right, ensure early childhood care and education until the age of six and make it a fundamental duty of every parent, or guardian to arrange for education of all children from six to 14.
