Angola: 17 HIV / Aids Positive Cases Reported in Uíge

Uíge — At least seventeen new positive HIV / AIDS cases were reported in the city of Uíge during the Unitel Health Fair. The data are contained in a report on the activity sent to Angop, which indicates that during the event that 800 people were attended, there were 104 positive cases of malaria, six of dengue and three of trypanosomiasis. 232 patients were consulted in the pediatric specialty, 489 in general practice, 12 in urology, 53 in gynecology, seven obstetrics, 19 in dermatology, 24 in cardiology, 59 in dentistry, nutrition in 24, and 53 in psychology. The source added that 9,320 miscellaneous drugs and 800 mosquito nets were distributed.
