Abmedabad: Bollywood star Aamir Khan will have to overcome another hitch in his chinkara filming case in blockbuster `Lagaan', as the complainant has approached Gujarat High Court demanding that the stay on investigation in this case be vacated. High court had stayed investigation and court proceedings initiated by a magisterial court in Bhuj in June last year. Amit Jethwa of Gir Youth Nature Club, upon whose complaint the case , was reopened by forest department a couple of years ago, has filed two petitions in high court through advocate Ravish Malkan. One prayer is to join the case while other is to lift the stay order given by the high court. An assistant conservator of forest, Kutch range, JE Vyas filed a complaint against seven members of `Lagaan' team, including Aamir and director Ashutosh Gowarikar that during shooting of the film in 2000 in Kunaria village, film unit illegally shot a chinkara. Forest department had earlier carried some preliminary investigation but the matter was closed.
