The first phase of the Rs 370-crore World Bank funded forest development project taken up in 1994 in Andhra Pradesh was successfully completed in September last year and the forest department is gearing itself up for the second phase of the project, Mr C. Sivasankar Reddy, Chief Conservator of Forests, has said.
