The Andhra Pradesh Government and the Department of Economic Development, Government of Dubai, have tied up to develop an outer ring road (ORR), a Knowledge Corridor and areas under the cluster development project. A memorandum of understanding was signed on Saturday by the State Government represented by the State Principal Secretary, Infrastructure Development, Mr K. V. Rao, and the Director General, Department of Economic Development, Dubai, Mr Mohd Ali Alabbar, in the presence of the State Chief Minister, Dr Y. S. Rajashekhara Reddy.
