The Delhi government is planning to appeal to the Supreme Court to extend the three-month deadline to phase out all the commercial vehicles which are older than 15 years from the city roads,till March next year.The transport minister, Mr Rajendra Gupta, said on Tuesday that the court's permission would be sought to extend the deadline from October 2 this year to March 31 next year.
