The Delhi High Court asked the Archaeological Survey of India(ASI) and the New Delhi Municipal Council to produce before it the original files pertaining to the santion of the construction plan of a building near the historic Jantar Mantar in New Delhi, allegedly in violation of provisions of the Ancient Monuments Act.
