Most Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) face the common problem of mobilising funds to sustain their work. Ashoka: Innovators for the Public, an NGO, has decided to take up this challenge and help those who help others. The organisation has announced the Citizen Base Awards 2001 for registered Non-Governmental Organisations from all over the country.
