Dolni, a tribal village in Madhya Pradesh was without the basic facilities like road, water and electricity during the last 55 years of independence. But MLA Harishankar Jaiswal had decided three years ago to develop the village. After continued and hard work of three years, he was able to provide the poor villagers with these facilities.
