World Bank : Bangladesh has become a model for eliminating lead from gasoline, a problem that was creating serious health hazards, the World Bank said. "By going lead-free virtually overnight, Bangladesh has become a model for other countries in the developing world that are working to eliminate the harmful pollutant from gasoline," the bank said in a statement.
