Belgaum district in Karnataka has plunged into a crisis with very little water available at a time when the sun is at its hottest. While the State Government has assured the administration all necessary funds to tide over the crisis successfully. Following poor monsoons and scanty rainfall, hundreds of villages are reeling under drought.
