In a significant development, Bharat Earth Movers Limited (BEML) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Konkan Railway Corporation Limited (KRCL), Mumbai.The MoU entails BEML developing a prototype R&D sky bus indigenously for supply to KRCL for deployment in the Goan Metro Project, slated to be unveiled in April 2003.
