The West Bengal Government has lined up water supply projects worth Rs. 2,445.59 crores under the mega city plan. To be implemented by 2011, the projects would cover new areas and augment supply in the existing areas, according to the State Urban Development Minister, Mr. Ashok Bhattacharya.
