The 16th workshop on Bhagidari - the Delhi government's scheme for public participation in governance is being held. The entire day was spent by 300 participants including 60 RWAs and officials of DDA, DJB, Discoms, MCD and NDMC today putting into action the Delhi government's dream of bringing people closer to those who are paid to serve them.
