T E Narasimhan / Chennai April 6, 2010, 1:40 IST Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL) is planning to re-enter wind turbine manufacturing space in the next three months. The public sector power equipment major said it was planning to join hands with a foreign technology partner for the re-entry. BHEL also said it was in the final stage of finalising another foreign partner to bid for water desalination projects in the country, according to a senior official. A Chandrababu, general manager in-charge, BHEL Ranipet unit, through which BHEL will re-enter the wind turbine manufacturing, said the company was likely to finalise the technology partner in the next three months. The unit
