Nellore, Nov. 25: In a bid to stop tuberculosis from becoming multi drug resistant, a charitable organisation has been roping in the services of locals to monitor the TB patients in Nellore. The organisation, Damien Foundation India Trust (DFIT) has been entrusting the job of administering the drugs for the patients to the locals. Trust officials will pickup a volunteer in the neighborhood of the patient and handover the entire course of drugs to them.
