Just as the answer to an over polluted city like Mumbai, Maharashtra has finally given the permission to Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd (M&M) for running its battery-operated three-wheeler scooter rickshaw (TSR) 'Bijlee' for commercial purposes in Mumbai suburbs.
