A red sandstone replica of the most famous mineret in the Capital lies neglected in a small village in west Delhi. The Qutab Minar steals the limelight, but few are aware of its forgotten prototype in Hastsal. The 36-foot high minar is not the only historical monument in the Capital which lies in a decrepit state.
