Ballarpur Industries Ltd. (Bilt), the Lalit Mohan Thapar flagship and the country's largest paper producer, is planning to acquire plantations of at least 10,000 hectares in either Malaysia, Indonesia or Myanmar to source pulp for its paper manufacturing operations in India.
