Kerala Chief Minister E K Nayanar told the State Assembly on Monday that any river water sharing formula made by the BJP in its national agenda that did not take into consideration the views of Kerala would not be acceptable to the State. The Cauvery river water sharing had to be decided by the tribunal and the Mullapperiyar issue had to be sorted out between Kerala and Tamil Nadu, Mr Nayanar said in reply to the submission of Oommen Chandy (Congress).
