The Orissa unit of BJP today demanded an inquiry into the manner in which the Gamang Government has allegedly allowed a private firm to have monopoly over sal seed procurement during the current year. The Government had not been able to explain as to why the sal seed procurement rights were given to the private company ignoring the claims of the State-owned Orissa Forest Development Corporation(OFDC) and the Tribal Development Cooperative Corporation(TDCC), BJP Legislature Party leader, Mr. Biswabhushan Harichandan told a press conference here.
