The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation has for the first time, appointed a committee to conduct a survey on the 25 heritage structures owned by it. The committee comprising of two NGOs architects and also a consultancy service will submit a report on the condition of these structures i two months and undertake restoration work. The BMC will spend Rs 7 lakh for the study.
