Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) in conjunction with PRO-ACT and CITYNET, Japan will host a four-day congregation with representatives of local and national governments, civic societies, international organisations and private companies from across 20 countries. The event will begin from today and aims to discuss the emerging challenges in minimising solid waste, promoting e-governance and enhancing city to city co-operation in the Asia-Pacific region and among European countries.
