Breathing in city may be lethal

A study by the Tata Energy Research Institute says the city's air is dirtier this summer than that in the last two years. The result of the study were released on June 2, two months after all eight-year-old diesel-run vehicles were taken off the street by the Delhi government with much fanfare.The Teri study shows that the amount of respirable suspended particulate matter has increased by 30 per cent.
