For years, they have been known as Delhi's killer buses. But not for much longer. The Delhi Government has finally decided to phase out the 4,200-bus Blueline fleet system, involving hundreds of private operators. In its place, the government is planning to invite corporate organizations to control the capital's public bus service in various zones.
