Conversion charges for plots, sheds in these estates approved The Haryana Cabinet today decided to allow mixed land use of industrial plots and sheds in industrial estates in existence in the state as on November 1, 1966, the day the state came into existence. The Cabinet said the conversion of industrial plots for non-industrial uses should be permitted only in respect of plots situated on external and internal circulation roads with a right of way (RoW)) of 18 metre and above keeping in view the congestion likely to be created on account of increased intensity of traffic and parking related issues.
