The Cabinet discussed ongoing government efforts to introduce tourism in further regions of the Maldives, the President's Office said. Ministers discussed a paper presented by the Tourism Ministry after conducting a survey of the atolls outside the present tourism zone, the President's Office said. Members of the Cabinet expressed their views on the geographical expansion of tourism to these regions.
