Speakers at a workshop on Wednesday said detection of nearly 7500 HIV positive cases, particularly among the drug-users, was alarming and turning Bangladesh into one of the most AIDS vulnerable country in the world. They suggested strengthening mass awareness campaign to prevent the spread of the deadly disease and on reproductive health and rights. Participating in the workshop on
