Khulna Water and Sanitation Forum on Thursday called for ensuring safe drinking water and sanitation for the city dwellers. The organisation made the demand at a press conference held at Khulna Press Club. It also demanded full implementation of WASA in Khulna, formulation of a policy to ensure safe drinking water for the poor people, demolition of all the open latrines from the city, and formation of taskforce committees in wards.
