Mr Rangan Dutta, Director General, Council for Advancement of People's Action and Rural Technology (CAPART) asserted at Mandi today that modest efforts made by the organisation had proved successful over the past decade. Talking to the mediapersons he said the prime objective of CAPART was to augment the volunatary movement and to organise the rural poor and ensure their active participation in all the development activities aimed at poverty alleviation.
