Besides the Capital, about a dozen cities around Delhi are likely to benefit from the five year old Rs 127,000 crore scheme to improve infrastructure in 60 cities in the country. But to get the funds manjor reforms at the state and urban local bodies, levels are necessary something many government will not by keen on for political reasons.
