Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit said that the government proposed to decongest all national highways at entry points to Delhi from all neighbouring states by constructing flyovers or grade separators and widening and strengthening roads in the near future. She said there was going to be a 'pleasant facelift' of the Capital with the commissioning of 24 new flyovers, signal-free Ring Road and Outer Ring Road and decongestion of all national highways at entry points to Delhi from neighbouring states in the years to come.
