Many vehicles : The burgeoning traffic problem of Kathmandu city has been attributed to uncontrolled vehicle registration and lack of policy implementation. Traffic management experts gathered in Kathmandu discussed the traffic problems at an interaction programme on 'Carrying Capacity of Kathmandu Valley's Roads and Traffic Management' organised by Ministry of Labour and Transport Management.
