The Delhi Lieutenant-governor, Mr. Vijai Kapoor flagged off a convoy of two-wheelers fitted with catalytic converters for 2 stroke engines developed for the first time in India by the Indian Oil Corporation. The catalytic converter has been developed at IOC's Research and Development Centre, Faridabad, in collaboration with Associated Cement Corporation (ACC).
