PM asked to call CMs' meeting: Major irrigation Minister K N Nage Gowda today said that the State government had asked Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee to convene a meeting of the chief ministers of the states concerned to discuss the Cauvery water issue before the Centre asked the Supreme Court to implement the interim award of the Cauvery Water Dispute Tribunal.
