Delhi Legislative Assembly speaker Chaudhary Prem Singh inaugurated 10 Learning Centres for the slum, neglected and destitute children called 'Hamein Bhi Padhao Centres'in South Campus, Madangir and Dakshin Puri in South Delhi on Monday. These centres have been opened under the Illiteracy Eradication Programme meant for the slum children by an NGO, Dr Y K Sudarshan Krishna Singh Educational Foundation Trust.
