Himachal Pradesh chief minister Mr Prem Kumar Dhumal today said the 300 MW Chamera Stage-11 Hydel Power project in Chamba district would be completed before the stipulated time. After performing the last blast of upper portion of head race tunnel of the project at Kalsuin, Prof. Dhumal said, faster pace of execution of Chamera stage-11 and Malana projects had proved false the myth that hydel power projects take longer time to complete than thermal power projects.
