Inspite of the government's warning to the employers there has been no change in the conditions of child labour in the age group of five and 15 years in Basara, the temple of Goddess Saraswati in Adilabad district of Andhra Pradesh, the venue for the launch of the 10 day 'Chaduvula Panduga' on August 2. Children can be seen working in hotels, lodges, shops and other business establishments in the town.
