China tops anti-dumping investigations list

China has topped the list of anti-dumping cases accounting for half of the 30 investigations initiated in 2002-03. The annual report of the Directorate General of Anti-Dumping and Allied Duties (DGAD) released said China was followed by Taiwan and Korea with six cases each and Singapore with four cases. The report, released by Commerce and Industry Minister Arun Jaitley, said as many as 153 investigations have been initiated since the DGAD was set up in 1992, of which final findings have been issued in 117 cases and preliminary in 18 cases.
