The Delhi transport Minister, Mr Horoon Yusuf today said that the proposal for the creation of special purpose company will soon be brought before the council of ministers. "High Capacity Buses, moderm low-floor, air conditioners buses and electric trolley buses will operate under the special purpose company ," the minister added.
