Nayala, a hamlet near Jaipur became the first village in Rajasthan to launch a high-tech "information kiosk" with a plan to connect all panchayats in the state through Internet.Visiting US President Bill Clinton dedicated the "Rajnidhi information kiosk" to the state at function at the panchayat office in the village, 20 km from Jaipur.
