Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit has set an agenda to make Delhi a world class city in the years to come. Ms Dikshit, who was speaking at Nobel Laureate Amartya Sen's conference on 'Rights and Resources' in Kolkata said: "At a macro level the developmental agenda for Delhi in the coming decade will have to revolve around three basic concerns like huge investment in infrastructure leading to better roads, public health system, modern public transport, basic education, scientific garbage management and sufficient power and water supply. Adequate emphasis on eco-friendly and sustainable development leading to environment protection and similarly in this context, conservation of all natural resources like water as well as power have to be a priority in any developmental scheme of things and concern for the less privileged and marginalised sections of the society."
